三問高速公路收費新情況用了ETC為何更堵更貴

近來,部分地區出現少數收費站擁堵、個別車輛收費金額異常;一些貨車車主、私家車主感覺收費比以前高等現象……自1月1日零時高速公路省界收費站撤站并網以來,全國高速公路網絡總體運行平穩,但也出現了各種各樣的新情況新問題。
